Yes, you can use the same credentials on the website or the app for a seamless experience, whether you signed up via social sign-in or with your email and password.
  1. Use the forgot password feature on the login screen.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your registered email or number.
  3. Follow the prompts to set up a new password.
  1. Log in to your Google account.
  2. Follow Google's password change or forgot password process.
  3. Return to the OutdoorGoats app or website and sign in with your updated Google credentials.
Shopping with OutdoorGoats
All of these can be found in the Profile section of your OutdoorGoats app or website.
Browse our curated selection across 30+ outdoor sports, add what you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. If you are not yet registered, you will be asked to verify your email and phone number via OTP. Choose from our many payment options and your order will be on its way shortly.
Once your refund is initiated, your wallet credits will be returned. If you have not received them yet, please reach out to us at care@outdoorgoats.com or call us on +91 98190 39500.
On the website, click the Wishlist button at the top right of the screen to view all your saved items.
Yes. You can edit and delete your saved addresses at any time through the Profile section on the app or website. Your data is kept safe and is used only for delivery purposes. It is never sold to any third party.
No. We do not store any card or payment-related details on our app or website.
Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email and phone number with the order number, estimated delivery date, and payment details. Your products are then inspected to meet OutdoorGoats quality standards, carefully packed, and handed to our trusted delivery partner. Please note that OutdoorGoats does not currently ship outside India.
We currently ship throughout India. International shipping is something we are actively working towards and will be available soon.
You can check your pin-code on the product page before placing your order to confirm serviceability in your area.
Products are packed in boxes or bags bearing OutdoorGoats branding to keep them safe during transit.
All orders can be tracked from the Profile section of the app or website. Go to My Orders and use the Track button against your order. For any queries, please contact our support team.
Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. While we aim to deliver within 5 to 7 days, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges may apply depending on your order value and will be displayed on the cart page before you confirm your order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your order returns to us (RTO status), a shipping fee may be charged for a re-delivery attempt.
Cancellation Policy
Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can raise a cancellation request by emailing our support team at orders@outdoorgoats.com. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours confirming whether the cancellation can be processed.
If your order has already been dispatched, please wait to receive the delivery and then follow the returns or exchange process on the platform.
OutdoorGoats reserves the right to cancel any order. In such cases, you will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  • Cancelled before shipment: Refund processed within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Cancelled by OutdoorGoats or lost in transit: Full order amount refunded.
  • Cancelled after dispatch: Refund initiated once the product is returned and verified.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer an easy returns and exchange policy for eligible products. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 1: Go to My Orders, select the relevant order, and choose Returns or Exchange. State your reason and attach an image of the product along with the invoice number.

Step 2: Once your request is received, we will arrange a pickup within 3 to 7 working days.

Refunds or replacements are processed once the returned item is verified as unused, in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Products whose description does not permit returns.
  • Customised products, as they are ordered on demand.
  • Personal care appliances and undergarments, due to hygiene reasons.
While every order goes through a rigorous quality check, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request a replacement or refund using the same 2-step returns process outlined above.
Yes. Any free gift included with your order must be returned along with the original product.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving and verifying your return.
  • Credit or debit card or net banking: Refunded to the original payment account within 7 to 10 working days. You can also choose to credit the amount to your OutdoorGoats wallet.
  • Cash on delivery: A bank transfer is initiated within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your bank details by email.
Shipping charges paid on your original order may not be refunded in the case of a return.
You are entitled to one return or exchange per order placed.
A standard deduction of Rs. 100 will apply towards reverse shipping charges on all returned items. For shoes and jackets, reverse shipping charges will be deducted on actuals.

The OutdoorGoats athlete program is built for expert sportspeople who are passionate about sharing their experiences and knowledge with the outdoor community. You can apply in two ways:

On our website: Fill out the athlete application form.
On the app: Go to the Tribe feature, scroll through activities, pick your sport, and apply via the voice program form.

Our team will review your application against our criteria which include authenticity, a growth mindset, commitment to your sport, discipline, a track record of genuine reviews, and a strong focus on sustainability and responsibility. Successful applicants will be contacted for a few introductory calls before being onboarded.
Becoming an athlete is a responsibility and a privilege. Benefits include:
  • Verification badge on the app and website to build your credibility.
  • Profiling and persona-building across OutdoorGoats platforms and social media.
  • Sponsorship of your goals, courses, expeditions, and championships through gear and cash support.
  • Crowdfunding support for your next milestone.
Become a Brand
We curate only the best outdoor products for our community. To get started, send us a message via the enquiry form on our website, download the app, and follow these steps:
  1. Go to Profile and select Become a Brand.
  2. Toggle on Are you a brand.
  3. Enter your brand name, point of contact details, product category, pin-code, and up to 5 relevant activities.
Our verification team will be in touch to learn more about your brand. In the meantime, start posting content and encourage existing customers to leave reviews on the app to build your presence.
